Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the BP car.

On April 12, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on April 14:50, and led the three-lane road in front of the Dwork points in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, to proceed by using one-lane department store from the side of Samsung Bio-resources.

Since a crosswalk is installed, in such cases, if a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle reduces the speed, well sees the front door, and pedestrians pass the crosswalk, he/she has a duty of care to temporarily stop in front of the crosswalk to check the safety of pedestrians, check the safety of pedestrians, and prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went on the right side of the victim E (56, n.e., the left side of the victim E (56, n.) who crossed the marina from the right side to the left side of the above passenger car and went beyond the ground.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence, such as an influence to the left-hand side in need of approximately seven weeks medical treatment.
