A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant knew the fact that the period of distribution is indicated on the bread and milk supplied to the store at the headquarters “D excess store” and “E branch store”, and had purchased the said product in advance within the distribution period.
