Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2018, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car volume at around 11:20, and made a right-hand approach to the underwater intersection of D elementary school in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon from the apartment site to the flooding direction, the Defendant: (a) made a right-hand turn to the left-hand turn-hand turn-on vehicle operated by the Victim F (23 Do) on the side of the apartment site; (b) made use of the above rocketing vehicle operated by the Defendant, which is a dangerous object for the Defendant to go to the right-hand turn-on; and (c) made a vehicle driven by the victim from the vehicle in front of the victim, with the vehicle moving from the vehicle in front of the victim; and (d) made the vehicle in front of the victim's vehicle in front of the West-gu, Seoul; and (d) made the vehicle in front of the victim's vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the victim's vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the 2nd stop.
