Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2016, the Defendant, at around 23:04, 2016, was mistakenly aware that the Plaintiff was a passenger car operating in front of the BBS BBS broadcasting station located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 140, and that the Victim D(43) was a passenger car operating in front of the 20th Olympic Games.

E 소나타 차량을 운전하여 2 차로에서 1 차로로 끼어들어 위 벤츠 승용차 앞을 가로막아 세운 후 승용차 내에 보관 중이 던 위험한 물건인 사시미 칼( 총 길이 35cm, 칼날 길이 20cm) 을 손에 들고 위 벤츠 승용차로 다가가 사시 미 칼을 든 손으로 운전석 쪽 창문을 약 5회 두드리며 “ 야 ! 차에서 내려!, 열어 봐 열어 봐, 야 이 씨 발 놈 아 빵빵대지 말고, 좆만한 새끼야 ”라고 욕을 하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried a knife knife, a dangerous object, and threatened the victim as above.
