1. The Defendant’s KRW 138,465,876 and KRW 28,921,680 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 18% per annum from October 20, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 138,465,876 won and 28,921,680 won per annum from October 20, 2016 to the date of full payment, 28% per annum from October 20, 2016 to the date of full payment, 58% per annum from October 20, 2016 to the date of full payment. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 18% interest per annum from October 20, 2016 to the date of full payment. Thus, the judgment is delivered as per Disposition.
