1. The Defendant’s KRW 182,065,571 and KRW 19,684,951 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 188% per annum from October 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff 182,065,571 won and 19,684,951 won per annum from October 22, 2016 to the date of full payment, 18% per annum from October 22, 2016 to the date of full payment, 18% per annum from October 22, 2016 to the date of full payment, and 18,350,301 won per annum from October 22, 2016 to the date of full payment. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff 29.9% per annum. It is so decided as per Disposition.
