Of the facts charged in this case, the victim C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q and the attached Form 1.

1. In the facts charged, the Defendant is a person who employs 50 full-time workers in AD when Gunsan-si, and actually manages AE (State).

The Defendant, while working in the foregoing workplace and retired on October 31, 2013, did not pay KRW 208,024,024 in total, including the monthly paid leave allowance (hereinafter “monthly paid allowance”) of S, who retired on October 31, 2013, within 14 days from the date of each retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, and did not pay KRW 3,026,204 in total for 20 retired workers within 14 days from the date of each retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties.

B. The wages shall be paid in full to workers in currency in full, and even if paid at least once a month on a fixed date, the Defendant did not pay KRW 1,211,32 for the monthly salary of December 10, 201 to the employees X working in the above company around January 10, 201 and paid KRW 1,211,352 each on the 10th of each month, which is the regular wage payment date, as shown in the attached crime list 2.

2. Parts not guilty;

A. The summary of the facts charged and the summary of the Defendant’s appeal 1) The Defendant did not pay KRW 218,748 of the monthly allowance for the year 2011 and the monthly allowance for the year 2012 to the retired worker C on April 1, 2012 as shown in attached Table 1 of the crime committed, such as that the Defendant did not pay KRW 218,748 in total within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties. The Defendant did not pay the unpaid monthly allowance for the year 2011 to the R employed by the said company within 14 days from the date of each retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties. The Defendant did not pay the Defendant’s monthly allowance for the year 201 to the year 202,452, monthly allowance for the year 2012 to the year 201, May 1, 2014 to the date of payment, respectively.
