Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative of the DoMoel in Seogu, Seogu, who runs the lodging business with six regular workers.

1. Violation of the Labor Standards Act;
A. The Defendant had worked from October 16, 2009 to March 5, 2010, and had not paid KRW 3,167,840 in total, and KRW 129,760 in monthly allowances, and KRW 3,297,60 in total, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on extension of the due date between the parties concerned.
B. The Defendant had worked from March 2, 2012 to June 2, 2012, and had not paid KRW 3,211,89,00 in total, KRW 3,138,619 in total, and KRW 73,280 in annual allowances, and KRW 3,211,89 in total, from March 2, 201 to June 2, 2012, within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement between the parties on extension
2. The Defendant violated the Labor Standards Act and the Act on the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits was employed from May 2, 2010 to February 10, 2012, and around that time, the Defendant did not pay KRW 17,946,175, monthly salary of KRW 470,40, annual salary of KRW 366,40, annual salary of KRW 366,40, annual salary of KRW 403,240, annual salary of KRW 22,786,215 within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the payment date between the parties.
