A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 16, 2013, and on December 14, 2012, the Defendant released the Defendant by a ruling for revocation of detention at the Seoul Detention House, and completed the enforcement of the sentence.

In addition, on April 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and six months in Seoul Southern District Court on September 15, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 15, 2015.

1. On April 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on April 23, 2015 at the Seoul Southern District Court on the following grounds: (b) on July 24, 2014, the Defendant: (c) laid down waste bags on the 52-ro of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on July 24, 2014; (d) laid down the right shoulder; (c) laid down the head of C in the presence of a police officer in receipt of a report; (d) laid down the head of C in good hand; and (e) laid down the body of C in excess of the floor; and (e) caused injury, such as brain dust, which requires treatment for approximately two weeks in number; (e) removed the Defendant’s appeal by the same court on July 16, 2015; and (e) on September 15, 2015, the Defendant dismissed the Defendant’s appeal with his kneek-man and his kneek-nam District of Seoul (Seoul).

“After preparing a written complaint to the effect that “A” was prepared, sent by mail, and received it to the public prosecutor’s office of the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor’s Office on May 7, 2015. On June 19, 2015, the Defendant was investigated as the complainant at the prosecutor’s office of the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor’s Office (Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor’s Office), located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, as of June 19, 2015, and “C was investigated as the Defendant’s clothes, knife, knife, chest, etc. at several times, and knife the Defendant’s finger.
