1. The Plaintiff, Defendant C&C life insurance company, KRW 300,000,00, and Defendant D&C life insurance company.

Basic Facts

The Plaintiff entered into each insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendants with the insured as the Plaintiff’s spouse B (hereinafter “the deceased”), and with the Defendant C&C Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Co., Ltd.”), as indicated in the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “Co., Ltd.”), respectively, concluded an insurance contract with the content as listed in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “No. 2 insurance contract”) as indicated in the attached Table 3 (hereinafter “No. 3 insurance contract”); and between the Defendant C&C Life Insurance and the Defendant C&C’s life insurance, respectively, concluded an insurance contract with the content as listed in the attached Table 3 (hereinafter “No. 3 insurance contract”). The first insurance contract was KRW 691,200 in the case of the 1st insurance contract, KRW 421,600 in the case of the 2nd insurance contract, and KRW 852,160 in the case of the 3rd insurance contract.

The Deceased, such as the diagnosis and treatment of the Deceased, was engaged in the taxi driving business, and was examined every year from 2009 to 2013, and was judged as the normal B.

However, on November 20, 2013, as part of the health examination conducted by C Council members on the part of the health examination, the chest radiation test was confirmed and received a regular additional inspection opinion after receiving the diagnosis of non- tuberculosis diseases.

From October 29, 2013 to August 8, 2014, the Deceased was diagnosed by D Council members on seven occasions in detail, such as acute dypitis and acute organ infection.

After September 2, 2014, the Deceased shall be as of September 2, 2014.

9.3. D’s medical treatment in the upper part of the inner side and the upper part of the upper part of the body, and received a written request for medical treatment from a superior hospital on September 13, 2014.

After that, from September 18, 2014 to the date of the diagnosis of the lung cancer at the Korea Atomic Energy Hospital, the deceased is the name of the medical care institution for the first time of treatment as shown in the following table, which is the name of the medical care institution for the first time of treatment, and the name of the medical care institution for the second time of treatment on September 18, 2014, and the name of the medical care institution for the second time of treatment (lung Ca) on September 24, 2014.
