A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force from around 17 minutes to April 2, 2016, and interfered with each victim’s restaurant business by avoiding a disturbance for about 5 minutes, such as junating the victim D (here, 61 years of age)’s “E” restaurant under the influence of alcohol, and putting the customers of the said restaurant out of the restaurant, while drinking at the “E” restaurant operated by the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, Daegu, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force.
