On May 10, 2010, the Seoul Southern District Court issued a summary order of KRW 3 million as a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse.
【Criminal Facts】
On August 2014, at around 04:40 on the date of September 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim E (22 years old) who was standing the bus at the D bus stops located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) discovered the same bus from the bus stops in the bus stops; and (c) committed an indecent act against the victim by taking the victim’s her own k's k's k's k's k's k's k's k's k's own k's k's k's k's k'
In addition, the Defendant habitually committed an indecent act on the part of the victim, including the victim’s her ambane, at least five times in total, through the same method between around that time and around March 26, 2015, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 2.
