1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 17, 2008, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with C Co., Ltd. as the insured on the same as the attached list as the insured.
B. On May 3, 2013, the Plaintiff acquired the instant insurance contract from C Co., Ltd. according to the Financial Services Commission’s decision to transfer contracts.
C. From June 4, 2010 to July 11, 2016, the Defendant hospitalized more than six times as indicated in [Attachment 1], and the Plaintiff paid insurance proceeds of KRW 31,80,303 to the Defendant under the instant insurance contract.

D. The details of the insurance contract guaranteeing the cost of hospitalization according to the daily hospitalization as shown in the instant insurance contract, among the insurance contracts maintained by the Defendant as the insured until now, are as listed below (Attachment 2).

2. Determination
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1 concluded four insurance contracts with similar coverage, including the instant insurance contract. The Defendant concluded the instant insurance contract and concluded the instant insurance contract for a long time.
