A is a person with no certain occupation; Defendant B was the representative director of the F Savings Bank (hereinafter “F Savings Bank”); from September 26, 2008 to September 24, 2012, from September 24, 2012, Defendant C was in office as a vice-head of the Bank; Defendant C was in office as a full-time auditor of the F Savings Bank from August 29, 2006 to June 17, 201; Defendant D was in office as the head of the F Savings Bank risk Headquarters from June 2, 2009 to June 16, 201; and Defendant C was in office as a full-time auditor of the Bank from around June 17, 2011 to around September 24, 2012; and Defendant C was in office as a full-time auditor of the Bank from around 2006 to around 18, 205.

1. Defendant A

A. On March 15, 2007, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul on September 15, 2009, forged a private document forgery and the use of the investigation document, and forged a real estate sales contract under the name of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul on September 15, 2009, with no authority to exercise the right to borrow the forest of this case from the F Savings Bank as collateral. The Defendant, without authority, had U.S., enter “Seoul Eunpyeong-gu T” in the sale price column, “V” in the seller column, “A” and “W” in the seller column, “A” and “B” in the real estate agent column. The Defendant, without authority to exercise the Defendant’s right to use the forest of Eunpyeong-gu on March 29, 200, signed on the above B name and forged a private document, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and a real estate sales contract under the name of the YY under the name of the Seoul Real Estate Sales Bank.
