Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 1506"
1. On December 15, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime jointly with D, and around 06:47 December 15, 2014, from G operated by the victim F in Gwangju Northern-gu, where the Defendant and D were employed as his/her employee, the Defendant opened a door by using the entrance door and opened the door, and the Defendant reported the network and paid KRW 300,000 to the victim’s cash owned by the head of the Kabter.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D.
2. On December 18, 2014, the Defendant, in collaboration with D on December 18, 2014, entered the place by using the keys possessed by the above G around December 18, 2014, and the Defendant entered the bank, thereby leaving approximately KRW 500,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession, thereby leaving KRW 20,000 in cash owned by the victim under the Ka Ka Ka Ka Ka Bae.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D.

1. Larceny;
A. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime in the middle of March 2015, at the J convenience point managed by the victim I located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant stolen the victim’s right of KRW 2,000,00, i.e., 80, 160,000 (market price equivalent to KRW 160,00), which was placed on the Kabter by making use of the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.
B. On March 22, 2015, the Defendant, at around 04:40 on March 22, 2015, destroyed the victim K in Gwangju Northern-gu, a 2,000 won right, i.e., the 2,000 won right, which the victim was placed on the Kabter by using the gap in locking the Kabre.

On March 24, 2015, the Defendant, at around 06:14 March 24, 2015, stolen the 1,000 knife, i.e., 200 knife (the market price equivalent to 200,000 won) where the employees are placed on the knife by using the knife knife knife knife at around 06:14, 2015.

On March 27, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime on March 27, 2015, in Gwangju Northern-gu P around March 27, 2015.
