A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) was habitually stolen or attempted to steals another person’s things as follows.

On March 20, 2012, around 00:18, the Defendant, at the convenience point E of the Victim D management of the victim in North-gu Busan Metropolitan City (Seoul Metropolitan City) on March 20, 2012, 75,000 won of the market price and stolen it.

B. On March 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 00:12, at the convenience stores as described in paragraph (1) in the same manner, 75,000 won at the market price; (b) took off 808, and stolen it.

C. On March 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 00:34, at the convenience stores as described in paragraph (1) in the same manner, 150,000 won at the market price; (b) went away from 20,008; and (c) stolen it.

On March 23, 2012, at around 05:30 on March 23, 2012, the Defendant, at the convenience stores as set forth in paragraph 1, 200 won at the market price of 80,000, stolen it.

E. On March 25, 2012, at around 05:49, the Defendant, at the convenience stores listed in paragraph (1) at around 05:49, 100 won at a rate of 40,000 won at the market price and stolen it.

F. On May 1, 2012, at around 11:00 on May 1, 2012, the Defendant ordered an employee of convenience stores to purchase one stuff at the convenience store H of the Victim G in Busan, Daegu, the Defendant placed an order for the employee of convenience stores to purchase one gambling at the convenience store. In other words, at the market price of 50,000 won in the fambing market value of fambing 1,00 won in total, e.g., 50,000 won in the fambing market value.

In addition, from around that time to around 03:05 on May 11, 2012, the Defendant stolen things equivalent to the total market value of KRW 986,00,00, such as stone lottery tickets, over eight times in the same way as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

G. On June 9, 2012, around 12:40 on June 9, 2012, the Defendant was accommodated in K in the strawae operated by the Victim J in Gangnam-gu Seoul.
