1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 21,50,000 won with 30% interest per annum from June 9, 2003 to the day of full payment.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.
Purport of claim
The same shall apply to the order.
Reasons
If Gap evidence Nos. 1-1 and 2 showed the purport of the whole pleadings, the defendant can be found to have agreed to borrow KRW 21,500,000 from the plaintiff several times, to repay the above borrowed money to the plaintiff on June 8, 2003, and to pay KRW 550,000 per month.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 30% per annum for the plaintiff within the scope of the agreed interest rate from June 9, 2003 to the date of full payment.
If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
