A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he traded the stroke m as follows.

6. On November 2, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 30,000 from N to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, from Ma, the wife population L, and sold 30,000 by mail stm.

7. On November 7, 2015, the Defendant received 60,000 won from P at the front of the O District L in the wife population L at Chicago-si on November 16, 2015 and sold 7 stroke m.

8. On November 18, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 30,000 from S in front of the R in Q of the wife population at Chicago-si around 20:31, and sold stroke 3,00 by stroke m.

9. On November 19, 2015, the Defendant, around 11:53 on November 19, 2015, posted 27 strokes by inserting strokes via 27 strokes for the purpose of selling in the street near the subway station where the wife population L is located.
