A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) demanded that the Defendant sent “stroke 20”-type air mail, including the stroke-type ingredients, to the stroke-type D, a stroke-type drug at the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Shipping Daegu apartment and 111/Do 2706; and (b) received approximately 200 “stroke 20”-type air mail at the above residence via international air mail around July 2015.

2. The Defendant: (a) opened an Internet site (F) called “E”, with the intent to sell “stroke 20” containing stroke 20,000 won, a stroke m-type drug imported as above; and (b) consulted with a person who wishes to purchase the drug through G G G (H); and (c) received the price from the Defendant’s bank account (Account number: I) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, around January 15, 2016, the Defendant was contacted by the J, which reported the above website and contacted the Defendant’s G at the above residence, and received KRW 100,000 from the said K bank account to the said K bank account, and then delivered and sold the above “stroke 20” 10,000 won by registered mail, and sold the above “stroke 20,000 won” in total six times from the above date to January 18, 2016, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

3. On January 18 through 19, 2016, the Defendant was in possession of a stroke m, which is a drug of a psychotropic spirit, and the Defendant kept approximately 130 stroke 20 “stroke 20”, including stroke m ingredients, at the seat of the above dwelling area.

4. Around July 2015, the Defendant administered a stroke-type medication, which is a drug of a psychotropic spirit, with water, at the stroke-type (including the stroke-type component) 1 at the above residence.
