Punishment of the crime

Around September 18, 2016, the Defendant, who did not have the intent or ability to sell cultural merchandise coupons, posted a notice to the effect that “sale of cultural merchandise coupons” by accessing a foreign site and accessing a foreign site, and received KRW 73,600 as the price for cultural merchandise coupons from the victim B who contacted the notice, and received KRW 73,600 from the victim B as the price for cultural merchandise coupons until January 1, 2017, and received KRW 1,318,600 in total six times as shown in the attached list of crimes.
