A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months on October 18, 2018, on the grounds that he/she attempted to commit a special larceny in the Western Branch of the Daegu District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 18, 2018.

[Criminal facts]

1. Special larceny;

A. On November 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 03:00 on the Daegu-gu Franchising point without a trade name operated by the victim D (Woo, 56 years old); (b) when the Defendant opened locked the entrance to the dracker in which the Defendant was holding, intrudes into the door and intrudes into the dracking point; and (c) after the Defendant’s opening the door to the dracking point, b,00 won equivalent to the sum of 2,00 won in the dracking area.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

B. On November 27, 2017, the Defendant came to the G public parking lot management office administered by the victim F (F, 53 years of age) in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) opened the door locked to the dracker held by the Defendant; (b) intruded the door to the inside and inside and inside of the management office; and (c) collected parking fees in the sum amounting to KRW 40,000, totaling of KRW 10,000,000, including the 10,000 won and the 10,000,000,000, in total.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

On November 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance locks in the cafeteria operated by the victim I (Inn, 59 years of age) in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu around 03:00; (b) opened the entrance locks in the cafeteria, which the Defendant was holding, and intruded into the cafeteria; and (c) opened the cafeteria, the Defendant’s market price of KRW 1,600, which is the victim’s market price in the store inside the room.

One Twit disease was cited and stolen.

On December 12, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant came to a restaurant operated by the Victim K (W, 51 years of age) located in the Daegu Seo-gu J on December 12, 2017, and opened a lock of the entrance, and intrudes the entrance into the restaurant in which the Defendant was holding, and then, from the kitchen in the kitchen, approximately KRW 20,000, the amount of the entrance, which is owned by the victim, shall not be collected.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On November 26, 2017, the Defendant was the victim M (V, 60 years of age) in the Daegu-gu L market around 01:00.
