A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1 or 7 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 895] The Defendant, for the purpose of preparing living expenses in the state of in-house, went back to the store in the Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, 1-ro 28 East Peace Market, and tried to steals cash that is contained in the safe, using the gap in surveillance of the owners before and after the business hours.

1. On January 12, 2014, the Defendant, around 19:40 on January 12, 2014, opened a pressing at the “E” store operated by the victim D located underground of the said peace market, and intruded into the store, and stolen it with KRW 90,00,000, which is the cash owned by the victim located in the mouth by using the gap in the location of the victim.

2. On January 19, 2014, at around 19:50, the Defendant: (a) opened a pressing at a “H” store operated by the victim G located in the first floor F located in the underground floor; (b) invaded into the store; and (c) stolen the cash, which is 59,000 won, owned by the victim located in the UAS by using the gap in the location of the victim.

[2014 Highest 3504] On March 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a racker locked with Dracker, which was in possession of the victim J in Seongdong-gu Seoul, and intruded into the racker’s racks; and (b) stolen the 500 foot Nos. 98,10 foot No. 98,50 foot No. 100 foot No. 1,50 foot No. 1, the victim’s possession, 50 foot No. 1, 20 foot No. 1,50 foot No. 1, 200 foot No. 1,50 foot No. 1, 200 foot No. 2 disease.

[2014 Highest 6625] On September 12, 2014, the Defendant, around 19:30 on September 12, 2014, attempted to steal the cash owned by the victim in the West-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with his hand, which was opened up to the first floor of the same peace market, thereby harming the security. However, the Defendant did not go through the wind to the security guards, who had patroled the past.
