Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2018, around 21:40, the Defendant: (a) opened the surrounding areas in front of women’s toilets of the first floor of the building B of Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) opened the above C, followed the said C, and entered the third column of the above toilets in order to cut away the image of women’s urinals; and (c) opened the said Type C, which reported a uris from the second side of the water column, she moved into the following partitions.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes on women's toilets, which are used by many unspecified people, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.
