A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From November 2014 to September 19, 2016, the Defendant occupied “10 floors of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C” under the pretext of exercising a lien.

While Defendant 1 occupied the above 10th floor of the building C, he did not enter the electricity by taking measures for cutting off on the side of the lessee of the above building, the Defendant 1: (a) deemed that electricity entered into the “emergency contact box” which is operated as a public electricity; and (b) determined to steals electricity by linking the electric wires without permission.

From September 5, 2016 to September 19, 2016, the Defendant stolen electricity on the market price, using electric wires connected to electric wires, wind, cooling, etc. without the victim’s permission, on the official electricity managed by the victim D Co., Ltd. from the “10th floor of the building C” site to the “10th floor of the building” site.
