Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was working as the “E Child Care Center” in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and the victims were the children of the said Child Care Center.
On May 8, 2014, at around 16:15, the Defendant put the Defendant’s her beam into the victim’s body on the ground that the victim F (year 4) did not sit in the middle of the summer, and moved by pushing the victim’s left hand, and committed physical abuse on the part of the victim.
In addition, from May 26, 2014, the Defendant committed, from that time until May 26, 2014, physical abuse against four victims, such as the list of crimes attached hereto, which may inflict physical damage on the body of a child, or which may injure the mental health and development of a child, or emotional abuse that may injure the mental health and development of a child.
