1. Basic facts

A. (i) Ownership on the registry of the instant land in the Japanese occupation, etc. (i) ownership of K, L, and M were incorporated into the site of a road as prescribed by the Joseon-gun of Gyeonggi-do during the Japanese occupation period, and some of them were incorporated into the site of a road as stipulated by the Joseon-do Decree on July 16, 1934, the number 1, 2, and 3 of the attached Table Nos. 1, 2, and 3, which are the road site, are divided from these lands, and the land category is changed to the road, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on August 16, 1926 for the land 1, 2, and 3 as to the land 1, 1934

(hereinafter referred to as "land" in the order of 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the annexed list, and in the case of a common name, the land in this case is referred to as "land"). The registration of transfer of ownership was completed on February 19, 1947 on the Doshed land and the land in this case on the ground of the above family inheritance.

4 Land was incorporated into a river site, the land category was changed from April 30, 1958 to a river before the beginning, and the land category was changed to a river on April 14, 1970 as follows.

B. (1) At around 1953, Gyeongnam Water Cooperative obtained permission for construction of E reservoir on a four-party land where river flows. At around 1959, construction was completed around that time with permission for modification. At around 1959, 45 national highways, including 1, 2, and 3 land incorporated into reservoir sites, were relocated to another location.

4 Land was a river site prior to the construction of the E reservoir as above, and the E reservoir was constructed from that point of time, and it was always in the state of locking water until now. One land is the site of the E reservoir and is always in the state of locking water from that time to that time, and 2 and 3 land also is the site of the E reservoir and is currently in the state of locking water at all times, and was land necessary for the management of reservoirs adjacent to water at all times in the past.

Sheet Farmland Improvement Cooperatives, on January 12, 1970, comprehensively succeeded to the rights and duties of the Gyeongnam Water Cooperative under the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act.
