A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2013, the Defendant sentenced the Gwangju District Court to six months of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Act on Probation and Electronic Monitoring, etc. of Specific Offenders, and terminated the term of imprisonment in the Yeongdeungpo Prison on November 3, 2013.

On February 21, 2013, the Defendant was ordered to attach an electronic device to a location tracking device for three years in accordance with the Act on the Electronic Monitoring of Specific Sexual Offenders.

A person with an electronic device installed shall not arbitrarily separate and damage the electronic device from his/her body during the period of attachment of the electronic device to impair its utility.

[2014 Highest 2238] On May 24, 2014, the Defendant cut the electronic tracking device using the upper part of the body and separated it from the body at will on the ground that it is difficult for the family owner to take a flat bridge within the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and that it is bad for the house owner to drink it.

[2014 Highest 3203] The Defendant, around 13:00 on August 27, 2014, damaged the electronic device by putting the location tracking device, which is a component of the electronic tracking device attached on the floor of the room, in two hands, on the ground that the owner of the house in Gwangju Seo-gu, has brought about a string of it without permission, on the ground that the owner of the house in his/her house in his/her house located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu.

[2014 Highest 3232] Around 14:00 on August 18, 2014, the Defendant laid the home of the Defendant in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, for the reason that the trial date is prone to the multilateral prison, and that the house owner is unrepared with the house, thereby impairing the utility of the electronic device.
