Purport of claim and appeal

1. Claim for indemnity with respect to a traffic accident that occurred before the Logistics Center A located in the wife population A around 07:02 on September 11, 2016 (see, e.g., attached Form on the site of accident).

2. In light of the following facts: (a) the Plaintiff’s vehicle (C and the C’s car “Ma1”), without properly examining whether there is a vehicle coming from the opposite direction while bypassing to the boundary of the logistics center; and (b) the Defendant’s vehicle (C and the C’s car “Ma2”) is proceeding to the center of the road where both directions are possible; (c) the fault ratio of the Plaintiff’s vehicle and the Defendant’s vehicle is 50:50,00 in light of each vehicle’s shock level (A’s Nos. 2, 3, 5, 7, No. 9-5, No. 9-2, No. 1, 2, and the purport of the entire pleadings).

3. The defendant's appeal is without merit.
