A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 21, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury by collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) committed an injury on the part of the victim, who was drinking together with the victim C(C) at a stand 1-dong bank located at Jeju-si on July 3, 2013. 나. 피고인은 2013. 6. 5. 19:50경 제주시 E에 있는 F식당에서, 피해자 G(57세)가 혼자 술을 마시고 있는 것을 보고 아무런 이유 없이 피해자에게 “야! 씹새끼야! 너 이라와 봐!”라고 욕설을 하면서 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 수회 때리고, 피해자를 밖으로 끌고 나와 발을 걸어 넘어뜨리고, 주먹과 발로 얼굴, 가슴 등 부분을 수회 때리고 차서 피해자에게 치료일수를 알 수 없는 구순부열상 등을 가하였다.

C.
