1. The defendant against the plaintiffs
(a) Category 1, 2, 3, 4 and 1, of the fourth floor of the real estate listed in the annex list.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 8, 2017, the Plaintiffs leased to the Defendant the portion (a) on the ship (including value added tax) of 105.79m2, which successively connects each point of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 105.79m2, among the four floors of the real estate listed in the attached list, to KRW 30,000,000, monthly rent (including value added tax).
B. The Defendant paid only KRW 15 million among the above lease deposit, and delayed the payment of rent several times, and is in arrears with KRW 21.3 million as of October 8, 2018.
C. On April 24, 2018, the Plaintiffs notified the Defendant of the termination of the said lease on the ground of the delinquency in rent.

2. Determination:
A. The above lease contract was lawfully terminated by the plaintiffs' notice of termination, and the defendant is obligated to order the plaintiffs to order the above lease object to restore to its original state following the termination of the contract.
B. In addition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiffs an amount of money with the rate of KRW 21.3 million per month from October 9, 2018 to October 9, 2018 and KRW 1.430,000 per month from the date of completion of surrender of the leased object.
C. Therefore, the plaintiffs' claims are accepted on the grounds of the reasons.
