B From November 17, 2015 to December 8, 2015, Defendant C is a person in charge of the management of narcotics, etc. while serving as a pharmacist at G hospital located in the military city F from December 9, 2015 to December 9, 2015, and Defendant A is the president of the said hospital.
1. A manager of narcotics, etc. under Defendant B shall keep a book on the narcotics, and record the name, quantity, and date of use of the narcotics provided for administration or administration, and the address and name of the other party;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around November 20, 2015, provided the three-storys of the above G hospital in order to administer one amplzidine 50 glllllll, narcotics, etc. to patients H, but did not record it in the narcotics management ledger.
The Defendant provided the patient with a total of 32 times via the same method, such as the list of crimes listed in the attached Table (1) during the period from around that time to December 8, 2015, to administer one amplionidine 50 gl.m., narcotics, but did not record it in the narcotics management register.
2. A manager of narcotics, etc. who is accused C shall keep an account book on narcotics and record the name, quantity, and date of use of the narcotics provided for administration or administration, and the address and name of the other party;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around December 9, 2015, provided 3-storys of the above G hospital in order to administer a single champlidine 50 gl.m., narcotics, etc. to patients I, but did not record it in the narcotics management ledger.
The Defendant provided the patients with a total of four times, such as the list of crimes (2) in attached Table 2, from around that time to December 22, 2015, to administer one amplionidine 50 gl. g., narcotics, etc., but did not record it in the narcotics management register.
