Defendant

A Imprisonment for two years, Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, Defendant C and D by a fine of three thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment by employing three female employees, four employees, three employees providing guidance to customers, and 4-5 employees on the fifth floor with the trade name of 524.47 square meters in H hotel located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the third and fourth floor of 524.4 square meters in a marina room, nine rooms where commercial sex acts are conducted on the fourth and fourth floor, five rooms where commercial sex acts are conducted.

At around 22:35 on July 21, 2014, the Defendant, via employees B, arranged commercial sex acts for the business from January 9, 2014 to December 31, 2014, by receiving KRW 180,000 in cash from customers J and providing guidance to 409, thereby allowing female employees K and sexual intercourse.

2. Defendant B served as the head of office from January 9, 2014 to July 21, 2014 at the same place as Paragraph (1) of this Article; Defendant B, upon finding a business place, had a male customer pay the price; and aided and abetted Defendant B’s act of arranging sexual traffic by guiding female employees of the business place to sexual intercourse.

3. The Defendant, from June 25, 2014 to July 21, 2014, worked as an employee at the same place as Paragraph (1) of this Article, and aided and abetted the act of arranging sexual traffic by providing guidance to male customers to a smuggling room with female employees in accordance with the direction of Paragraph (1) if a male guest finds a place of business.

4. The Defendant: (a) worked as an employee from May 30, 2014 to July 21, 2014 at the same place as that of paragraph (1); and (b) provided aid and abetting the act of arranging sexual traffic by guiding male customers to a smuggling with female employees and cleaning a smuggling according to the instructions of paragraph (1).
