Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a e-cub vehicle B.

On February 7, 2013, around 09:22, the Defendant proceeded with a road of approximately 30K km in front of the Korean Motor Vehicle Industrial Complex in Taean-ean Eup, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun.

Since there is a place where the center line of the yellow domin line has been installed, the defendant has a duty of care to accurately operate the steering wheel and brake system and safely drive it on the right side of the center line to prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went to the Korean Automobile Industrial Complex by the negligence going to the opposite part, which was driven by the victim C(the age of 72) who was driven by the victim C(the age of 72).

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim by negligence in the course of business as seen above, such as the removal of light flags from the right side, which requires treatment for about 14 weeks.
