A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dokju) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident) are those who are engaged in driving of C Ttytomeral automobiles.

Around 06:50 on July 11, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded at the speed of about 20 to 30 km from the side side of the 100-1 dwelling unit in Ansan-si, Nowon-gu, the 100-1 dwelling unit from the side of the side road to the 996 Jeju 1 Industrial Complex.

At this point, vehicles were parked on the alley length of about 13 meters in width and the roadside and the passage of bicycles and pedestrians are frequent. In such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving the motor vehicle safely, such as thorough operation of the front-way and system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and found the victim's way to walk on the bicycle at the same speed, without taking any measures, and proceeded at the same speed, and the victim got the above bicycle on the left side of the said vehicle and went beyond the ground. However, while driving the bicycle at the same speed, the Defendant served the victim's left side with the front side of the said vehicle at the same speed.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained approximately 14 weeks of medical treatment from injury to the victim’s left side of abandonment, salone-hours, and at the same time, destroyed the bicycle owned by the victim to enter into repair expenses, and escaped without taking any measures such as aiding the victim.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) was driven by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 300 meters from the front 100-1-1 of the member-gu Seoul Metropolitan City 1000-1 to the front 1001-1.

3. Mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act; and
