Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A from October 18, 2017 to "F" in the name of "F" in the first floor of the 1st underground floor of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building, is a person who operates a commercial sex trafficking marina, Defendant B is a person who works as an employee of the above establishment from around April 2018, and Defendant C is the owner of the above heading room.

1. At around 20:30 on May 30, 2018, Defendant A and Defendant B provided 11, shower rooms, waiting rooms, etc. at the above businesses, and employed a female female job seeking to engage in sexual traffic through the “G (H) site of sexual traffic.” Defendant B provided 1,40,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from the J, the customer of the business, and informed the said I to a smuggling, and led the said I to scam his sexual organ in his/her hand, and caused the said I to engage in an act similar to his/her customers by hiring a female by receiving 140,000 won from each customer by the same method from February 2, 2018 to May 30, 2018.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. On October 18, 2017, Defendant C entered into a contract on a deposit amount of KRW 50 million, and KRW 4.7 million per month with the knowledge of the fact that he/she would operate a place of commercial sex acts, as described in paragraph (1), with respect to “A” and the said “F”, which were introduced by K, which was controlled as a place of commercial sex acts in the first floor car page of the above D building and prevented from running his/her business. From May 30, 2018, Defendant C leased the same to A until May 30, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
