The defendant is the visiting customer in Daegu Maternity Point B, and the victim C is the victim of Daegu Maternity Point Calculation Board B.

At around December 20, 2019, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by making three-minutes of the defect that the Defendant, in front of the Daegu Water Point Calculation Group B located in the Daegu Water Point D, was “Wing down to her will,” such as “Wing down to her will, she was seated, she was seated, she was sing down to her will,” and “the she was sing down to her will”.
