1. Basic facts
A. 1 The defendant is a housing reconstruction and rearrangement cooperative established under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents to implement a housing reconstruction improvement project of the Daegu-gu "C apartment" unit, and the same year after obtaining authorization to establish an association from the head of the Daegu-gu Metropolitan City Dong-gu on March 14, 2016.

The plaintiff and D submitted a written observation of compliance with the Election Management Regulations at the time of the registration of candidate, and the above written pledge is registered as an applicant for the registration as an executive candidate of the defendant union.
