Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:20 on May 26, 2020, the Defendant was informed that “Any person who desiresing to get off his clothes and frighting,” in front of the Incheon Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, would be arrested as a flagrant offender unless the Defendant ceased his assault against a person on the spot from the DNA slope belonging to the Incheon Jung-gu Police Station C District Unit of the Incheon Jung-gu Police Station.

Accordingly, the Defendant expressed to the above police officer that “the bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, and nick bitch son.” The Defendant pushed the police officer on the breast part of the police officer several occasions.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by police officers.
