A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Criminal history is a person who has violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions, such as a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of road traffic law in the Incheon District Court's Branch on December 8, 2009, a fine of 4 million won for a violation of road traffic law (drinking) at the Seoul Central District Court on July 17, 2013, and a fine of 7 million won for a violation of road traffic law (drinking) at the Seoul Central District Court on March 21, 2014.

On March 11, 2015, the Defendant driven Ck5 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.076% from the 3km section of approximately 3km to the 656-1st road in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong on March 11, 2015, around 08:24 on the same day from the 08:24 on the same day.

1. On July 2, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) driving a CK5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol by 0.162%, without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the bean or the road at which it is impossible to identify the trade name in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to the front of the 82km road, from the front of the bean or the road at which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the lock-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

A quasi-indecent act: (a) around September 21, 2014, at around 04:44, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a victim in an unfasible situation, such as: (b) the Defendant and the victim G (24 years of age) who was sleeped in the said room, and was sleeped by the Defendant and the victim sleeped in the said room; and (c) the Defendant forced the victim to be able to get off the part of the victim’s buckbucks.
