Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Seoul Central District Court on February 16, 2012. On February 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting) at the Seoul Northern District Court on February 16, 2012. On October 31, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of 8 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting) at the Seoul Central District Court on Seoul Central District Court on March 20, 2014, and completed the detention house in Seoul on June 27, 2015.
