A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall unlawfully use a registration number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act.

Nevertheless, at around 09:40 on April 21, 2014, the Defendant removed a number plate attached with a tool in order to take over a bus owned by new interesting passengers at a bus terminal located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the destination and send it to the destination, and omit the procedure to return the registration number plate to the company, and two registration number plates are attached to the above vehicle after learning the d from the bus to be exported from the 4rd head of Msan-si around August 2013, and operated approximately 2 km from that time to April 21, 2014, around 09:50 at the Dong-dong of Changwon-si at the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si around 09:50 on April 21, 2014.
