A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

On June 15, 2012, around 16:30, the Defendant driven BM vehicle without a car driver’s license from the front of the Seoul Northern District Court located in 626, Dobong-gu, Dobong-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the front of the Dobong-gu, 320 Dobong-dong.
