Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The party-related Plaintiff A is a patient hospitalized in the Macheon National University Hospital of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) operated by the Defendant with brain color, and Plaintiff B is the Plaintiff’s wife, Plaintiff C, D, E, and F. The Plaintiff’s children.
(hereinafter referred to as “Ssaturine Plaintiffs” if they are referred to the rest of the Plaintiffs other than Plaintiff A.
Plaintiff
A's brain flasing treatment (1) around 18:40 on September 6, 2012, Plaintiff A showed and used the symptoms of the mathy of the left upper part of the A, and was transferred to Defendant Hospital around 20:01 on the 119 first-lane.

Blood collection for A was conducted at around 20:04, and blood examination results were reported from around 20:26 to around 20:50. Of which, the part activation of APT was determined as a result of determining whether blood response was normally performed, liquid medication.
