A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On July 17, 2013, the Defendant, in front of the Defendant’s house located in Jinju-si, around 17:00, reported that the victim D(W, 34 years of age) with intellectual disability 2 residing in the same Neng-si, was forced to commit an indecent act against the Defendant, by hand, against the victim with mental disability, such as using the victim’s shoulder part in the above 17:00, and rhyth of July 2013.

B. On July 2013, the Defendant, at around 10:00, committed an indecent act by force against the victim with mental disorder, such as: (a) the victim’s fright farm in Jinju-si, Jinju, stating that the victim is mixed; (b) the victim’s neck, etc. kids the victim’s neck, etc.; and (c) the victim’s neck, etc. kids the victim’s neck, etc.; and (d) the victim leaving the fright, depending on the victim’s fright, she forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force.

C. On July 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim with mental disability, such as putting his husband’s name in front of the above victim’s farming club building, and confirming that the husband of the victim’s husband did not have a farming club. “In spite of the victim’s her husband’s her son, she shall be deemed to be meat if she was her husband and her son, she shall be deemed to be her husband if she was her husband and her son.”

around 20:00 on August 7, 2013, the Defendant confirmed that the husband’s name was in front of the above victim’s farming house building and that the husband of the victim did not have the right to her husband and confirmed that the victim’s husband did not have the right to her husband, and that the victim “the south has come on the new wall.”
