Defendant

A Imprisonment of 1 year, Defendant B and C, and Defendant D and E, respectively, shall be punished by imprisonment of 10 months and 10 months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant C, and Defendant B’s joint crime from June 2016: (a) from around the Seoul Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office I to the K and 3rd floor of the G Building H; (b) changed the name of the legal entity to the “K” around June 2017; and (c) around March 2018, Defendant C’s 200-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Office will prepare operating funds, human resources, equipment, etc. to fill the game money without any limit on charging; (d) operate the above Internet gambling by making it possible for unspecified persons to do so; and (e) operating the above Internet gambling site, such as 0-kicker, Ba, and adjacent with Defendant C, and (e) operating the Internet gambling site, and (e) operating the Internet gambling site after deducting a certain fee from the game money, and (e) operating the Internet gambling site, and (e) make and operating the Internet gambling site to meet the overall production and operation of Defendant 1, 2007.

According to the aforementioned division of roles, the Defendants opened “N” (O, manager page: P) which is an Internet gambling site around September 2017, and from that time up to May 30, 2018, up to May 30, 2018.
