[Establishment of a gambling space for a person without a name] From December 2016, a person without a name was operating an Internet gambling site H (the manager page: I, game page: J), and K (Game manager page: L) site on the website to provide H games and K games that can capture, play, face, etc. to an unspecified number of people via the above site, and charge the game money to be used in the game by receiving the money by deposit with the N account (Account Number:O) in the name of M Co., Ltd., and after deducting certain fees from the money which the participants are on gambling and receive, and refund the game money in cash.
In this respect, the name-free persons operated illegal Internet gambling sites and opened a space for gambling for profit-making purposes.

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant G, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C
A.
