Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, while conducting a visa issuance agency business, has failed to submit relevant documents, such as the client's certificate of employment, etc., he/she shall make the client to supplement the relevant documents by forging the relevant documents, etc., and the defendant, B and C, who has requested the issuance of the visa by paying agency fees to the defendant.

1. The Defendant, who committed a joint crime with B, had been pretended as having been continuously engaged in the “U.S. Incorporated Association D” that he had been employed in the past and had been issued prior to the withdrawal to file an application with the U.S. visa using the above certificate of employment.

On August 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 2,50,00,000 from a trade name in the PC room near the Gu Office of Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) prepared B’s visa application and submitted it through the U.S. Embassy website as if he/she was in office in the “U.S. Association D; and (c) around September 6, 2016, B filed a visa application at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea located in Jongno-gu, Seoul; and (d) was issued U.S. visa in response to an interview as if he/she was in office in “D” as an incorporated association.

In collusion with B, the Defendant interfered with the issuance review of the visa by a person in charge of the U.S. Embassy.

2. The Defendant committed a joint crime with C, even though he did not have worked as an employee in the “E” ran tavern in the operation of his father, was able to prepare a certificate of employment as if he had served as an employee in E, and to make an application for U.S. visa.

On July 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around July 18, 2016, received the completion of C from the mutually influent PC room near the Gu Office, and (b) submitted C’s visa application on the website of the U.S. Embassy in Korea; and (c) around the end of the same month, C filed an application for visa at the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Korea located in Jongno-gu Seoul Embassy, and submitted the certificate of his/her employment, etc. as if he/she was in office in E; and (d) interview.
