Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who wishes to become a candidate for the E Council member (FF constituency) in the 6th national local election held on June 4, 2014, which is held on June 4, 2014.

A candidate for a local council member (including a person intending to become a candidate) shall not make contributions to any person in the relevant constituency, institution, organization, facility, or any person, institution, organization, or facility having relations with the electorate even though such person is outside the relevant constituency, and no one shall distribute, post, spread, play, show or run any advertisement, letter of personnel management, poster, photograph, document, picture, printed matter, recording tape, video tape and others similar thereto, including contents of supporting, recommending, or opposing a political party or candidate (including a person intending to become a candidate) or indicating the name of a political party or candidate's name, in order to influence the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day.

1. On February 17, 2014, at around 11:00, the Defendant attended the meeting of the first senior citizens' meeting held on the fifth floor of the H Library G, divided the members of the above senior citizens' meeting and the persons in charge, and then, the Chairman of the senior citizens' meeting “K has a “K,” which remains after holding the Publication Commemorative Meeting on February 5, 2014,” and the chairman of the senior citizens’ meeting at the second floor of the above LW building, brought about a total of KRW 540,00 (i.e., 18,000 x 30 x 30) at the Defendant’s 30th floor price in the “office of the senior citizens’ meeting” of the second floor of the LW building.

As a result, the Defendant distributed 30 copies of the Defendant’s letter to the 6th National Assembly members of Dong-dong Local Election E, which was implemented on June 4, 2014, to make an act of donation by distributing 30 copies of the Defendant’s letter to the I Senior Citizens Association, and distributed books indicating the name of the person who intends to become a candidate in order to have an influence on the election.
