A. 1) The Plaintiff (formerly: the Plaintiff’s trade name before the modification) is a company with the purpose of online service (communication sales), mobile programming and service, software development, program programming, etc., which is the patentee of the patented invention described in paragraph (b). 2) The Defendant A Co., Ltd. (formerly: Company B; hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company with the purpose of online advertising brokerage services, and the Defendant C is the representative director of the Defendant Company.

B. The Plaintiff’s patent right 1) has the following patent rights (hereinafter the Plaintiff’s claim 1, 3, and 6 of the patent right refers to the Plaintiff’s claim 1, 3, and 6’s invention “paragraph (1),” “paragraph (3),” and “paragraph (6) invention,” and the Plaintiff’s patent right is incorporated into it.
