1. The Defendant was dated September 6, 2014 with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 1/6 of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

The plaintiff is the owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet, and the plaintiff is deemed to have completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of each defendant on July 29, 1971, when it comes to a dispute between the parties or when comprehensively taking account of the purport of the whole arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including the provisional number). Among them, the plaintiff is liable to implement the registration procedure of ownership transfer for one-six of each real estate listed in the separate sheet as to one-six of each real estate under the title trust with the defendant on September 6, 2014. The plaintiff expressed his/her intention to terminate the above title trust as the delivery of the complaint in this case and delivered the above complaint to the defendant on September 6, 2014.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
